Executed adopting the “turn-key” concept for the construction of the new office spaces of Facimex, located in the Porteño Building II in Puerto Madero.
The complete project encloses two overlapping floors. Both areas (Management on 1st floor and Administration on 2nd floor) were connected through a new spiral glass and steel staircase.
